Birchwood 25

i have just brought a birch wood 25, it has had the engine replaced for a ford diesel 1800 ,with a volvo 270 leg , the boat will only do about 5 knots ,so i was thinking it might require a smaller propeller, can any body enlighten me on what size it should be or what size to put on and where to purchase one of this .

before you call be sure you know what engine rpm you have when you are getting 5knots.
Also if the boat is new to you are you comfortable that 5 knots is a correct speed reading.
