I've inherited a pair of these which could useful on the boat. I think there been unused for several years if at all. Tried charging them and one responded but the battery indicator only showed minimum charge and the other wouldn't respond at all. I've ordered replacement batteries which are arriving next week, what are the chances of fixing?

If the batteries are replaced, they're good as new. Very useful on the boat, yes.
