Billy Mizzen anybody know her?

I’ve just become the custodian of a 1959 Charles Kingsley Bermudan sloop Billy Mizzen and would be very interested to find anybody who knows anything of her or her history?

This is my first post here so I’ll apologise for not posting any pics yet, but I’m still trying to work out how things work & will try to in the near future.

Anyway Billy Mizzen was built in Walton on the Naze, apparently by Tichmarsh & Son? She’s of carvel construction believed to be pitch pine on oak, with a cut off counter stern and spoon bow. Dimensions are L.O.A 24’ L.W.L 19’ Beam 7’2” and a draft of 3’6”. Any information would be greatly received.

Sorry, I don't know her either, but she looks in reasonable nick for something that appears semi-abandoned. Lots of work ahead!

She’s generally in pretty good shape and it seems the owner before last really cherished her! She’s sat at the back of Webb’s yard in Pin Mill for some time now but luckily most of the work is cosmetic, though I think another winter without cover wouldn’t have done her many favours!
