The pro forma form which has been sugested may not be the one you would wish to use, unless the boat you are buying is registered.

I think there is a much simpler one on the RYA site.

The MCA is more for a Part 1 or Commercial eg charter boat ....

A better way surely is to produce an inventory and general letter statement stating Sale of boat from X to Y .... of course mentioning that it is "Sold as seen" etc. Both parties to sign and date of course.
