Bilge keels to hull sealant

The underwater join between the hull and bilge keels on my Legend 306 appears to be filled with some type of flexible sealant, which needs replacing.

The sealant needs to be primed and antifouled.

Can anyone suggest a suitable sealant to use.......would Sikaflex be OK underwater?

we used sikaflex with its own primer about 8 years ago to do the bilge plates on fathers boat, still fine but would be tricky to remove if you ever needed to.

Think you should find out why the sealer has failed and whether it is the bedding for the keels to the hull or just filling a gap. A call to Hunter/Legend would be a good idea.
