I have bungs in a packet but want to put one on every seacock. I now realise that the biggest bung in the packet is about 40mm maximum and the holding tank outlet is about 60mm. Where can I get bigger bungs?

Thanks

I have lots of scrap pine lying around. If you let me have the dimensions I can turn a couple up for you for the cost of the postage.

I think there is a little business to be had here.

All our seacocks are the same size, all 6 of them. No surprise so far. But why do the bags of bungs that are for sale all have different sizes, none of which are big enough for our seacocks? (I suppose its handy if the boat gets hold for some reason? Maybe!)

We have never been able to find a supply of the right size and same size bungs.

We have had to ask a friend to make some up on his lathe for us.

Get hold of any piece of soft wood and make your own. Must be softwood. Do not have to be turned or exactly round/cylindrical. But if you want them like that then cut down with a knife & sandpaper to shape.
