Big well done to ASAP supplies

Today (suffering with man-flu so not at work) I finally got round to buying a spare impeller.

Went online, ordered at 9 ish and selected Fareham Van Delivery (free).

It arrived before 11.

Stunning service and I felt worthy of mention on here.

No connection, other than a very happy customer.

Yes, the Beccles branch does a similar free van delivery for certain Suffolk & Norfolk postcodes - very handy for small, one-off items.

+1, Whilst in Lowestoft needing a fuel pre-filter ASAP (sorry for the play on words) one of the staff delivered it on his way home from work the same day, they also did a good job delivering a order to Normandy.

yeah i have used ASAP for quite a lot lately. very helpful too. but their packaging is OTT with packing peanuts haha

I've always had very good service and delivery from them.

On one occasion I ordered something that I was particularly keen to get the next day, so I could get on with a job that weekend, and was tracking the parcel. I'd ordered it, IIRC, around lunchtime, by mid afternoon it was shown as despatched, and by early evening it was at the courier's depot local to my house (about 20 miles from ASAP), so i was confident it would arrive next day. Late at night I noticed to my surprise it was shown as being at a depot in Birmingham! It still arrived reasonably early next morning, none the worse for its overnight 300+ mile mystery tour.

Well realise they are very good in the uk but their postage charges to Greece are ridiculous so iv'e crossed them off my list
