I'm told there was an artical about big spirit ( the clipper boat that had an incident in Plymouth) in a magazine recently??

Anyone able to point me in the direction?

Very sad to see and feel sorry for the guy who lost his home and his business!

There is an article about this serious accident after this large yacht was craned ashore at Plymouth in the latest Yachting World. It is extremely lucky no-one was seriously injured. The matter is now in the hands of insurers. A lot will turn on whose cradle/props were used, their suitability etc. My sincere sympathies to the owner but at least no-one was hurt as they very easily could have been.

indeed, its good that no one was hurt as it would have been so easy! i guess the only people to benefit from now on are the legal team!
