Thanks armypopeye. That puts it all in perspective. How people are still prepared to entrust their children's lives to a half inflated dinghy and a mobile phone, so they can save a few quid is beyond me.

Fact; no one who has used emergency equipment in anger has ever complained about the cost afterwards.
