bfa liferafts

I am seeking info on bfa liferafts. The internet only says that bfa is a German company now owned by Zodiac and that in Australia and NZ some bfa liferafts have been recalled. I need to know if spares are readily available in UK and if they are a reliable product. I'll call Zodiac after the holidays but meanwhile any help to get me started would be appreciated.
