Beta engine question

My new Beta BV1305 died on 16th June ( Sunday) after 32.6 hours from new.
Two of the four springs in the injector pump failed. This is usually caused by pumps corroding due to water in the diesel, which jams the rack.
In my case no water was found and the broken springs are a complete unknown.
Has any body else had failure of the injector pumps under warranty with Beta engines?

The Beta engine was fitted to Rowana before I bought her, but all I can say is that I've had no problems whatsoever with it, and I think it's a great little engine.

Most unusual on Kubota engines - but still under guarantee ?

Contact Adrian at Beta Marine and he will help. Never known of this problem and have now supplied over 120 to Albin Vegas worldwide in the last 10 years....

Injector pump is a Kubota standard part so also used in Tractors, diggers etc.
