beta 35 hp

hi i have a problem with my beta 35 fuel injection pump,it has just had new springs put in,i put pump back in housing but cant get fuel to injectors,timing sheaves are back in place,does thedoe the fuel rack have to be in a certain position for this?? plz help john

is this the injector pump or fuel lift pump

Run position, and fuel solenoid on, I think.
