Popeye's 2 weeks into a delivery trip Narbonne - Glasson.
In a week's time, they should be in place for Finisterra - Scillies. Am sure that skipper Dave has all the info necessary, but as a pro-tem sea widow, like to keep an eye on the weather from my side. Suggestions?

Second BB's vote for Magic Seaweed. It's just the right kind of info for following a passage from the comfort of your armchair ;-) and the one I've been glued to during the build-up to Webcraft's crossing from Camarinas to Scilly/Falmouth/Crosshaven (delete as appropriate after the event) which started today AFAIK.

USGRIB.com and Topkarten '10m wind/Mitteleur' are also very useful, but not quite so graphic as Magic Seaweed's feed. Do remember most of these are 'unmoderated' and very occasionally are nonsense. Also, do remember to check the dates/times - these are quite often adrift....

When it matters - i.e. not in armchair, but at the navdesk - I like to compare, looking for 'convergence' of forecast , and sitting up hard when I find 'divergences'.

We'll all be watching/listening for the first signs of 'Webcraft' after their Biscay passage - and I, for one, will be most interested to compare what was predicted for them vs what they actually got.....
