best way the get stuff sent from UK to Europe.

Stuck in Brest waiting for charts and pilot book to arrive from mailspeed marine, own fault for being a bit green i suppose, I was` going to be here for a week anyway so thought that would be enough. DOH. Whats the quickest way to get any bits from UK, ie paperwork or bankstatements etc? Postal system don't seem too great. Any courior services particularly yachtie freindly

Goods sent to me in Norway take ages by parcelforce (Euro 48). UPS get here quickly. I would think though that Parcelforce should be OK to France if the dispacher in UK gets the goods ready for delivery PDQ after ordering. (Don't know what French postal service is like though!)

Parcelforce has given me good service too.

I've found very good for letters both ways, and outgoing parcels, but appalling for incoming parcels.
