What is the best tide time to leave Yarmouth for Poole and back again?

Trying to do Chi->Yarmouth->Poole and back this week between the weather....

Looks like leave Yarmouth HW-1 Portsmouth for west tide, and leave Poole HW+6 Portsmouh.
