Best place to sell Toscana?

We have narrowed down our boat hunt to 2 boats so the time has come to sell Toscana. Depending upon which boat we go for I will sell the boat privately or maybe trade it in against the new one. So, where have people had the most success in advertising their boat? (I know about B&O) If I do end up having to sell privately do most people use a solicitor or do they just use the RYA forms e.t.c?
