Best place to buy Volvo service bits (KAD32)

It's that time of year again. I need the usuals for my KAD32. Filters, crankcase breather, belts, (think I have enough oil for a supercharger change) etc. etc.

Can anyone recommend a place to get everything i'll need? Last year I used Volspec, the communication was great etc. but postage to Ireland was very expensive, just wondering if there was anywhere more competitive that I can e-mail a list and then just phone with payment details
 
A lot of people do not use Volvo parts but use other manufacturers that you can get locally. This comes up occasionaly on the site and I have kept a list of forumites recommendations for the KAD32

Power steering Belt - Volvo No. 973487
Car shop - 6375MC or MBF1013

Alternator Belt - Volvo No. 977542
Car shop - 6469MC or MMB987

Primary Belt - Volvo No. 861564
Car shop - 7PK925 78359 or MMR7925

Compressor Belt - Volvo No.3581460
Car shop - 68376 6PK1138 or MMR61150

Air Filter - Volvo No.463505
Car shop - Champion U531 (As used in 240 1.7DL.GL B17A 1979 onwards)

FRAM Filters
air CA4365,
oil PH 2861B
diesel P5770

I do not think you can get the crankcase filter from anywhere but Volvo but the advice I had from other forumites was it's probably not worth changing until you get oil coming out of them

You can get oil and coolant from your nearest Volvo Truck centre

Have you got a manufacturer name for the belts if I go into a car shop?

Would I get FRAM filters in an autofactors, or would I need to go to a truck centre?
 
I would change the crankcase filters if they're not too pricey, otherwise when they get saturated you get an oil mist from them which settles on everything in the engine room.

You were quick off the mark with that reply, I saw it at work but as you know couldn't reply.
Sometimes it is differcult to get an 925 belt but always find a 920, this does fit OK.
I saw your post about the boat in Guernsey, did you go over on Silver?

I am having problems getting the Wix filters, as you are probably aware this one is for the USA market and when I asked the UK suppliers QH they told me that it is not marketed for Europe, so I hope you don't mind me asking where you get yours from. I am aware of another company that makes them but haven't got their number - yet.

My suppliers local but they only sell to the trade as you have to buy in volume, they import from spain, pm me for any orders, if you have an outlet in your area and want a quantity we can work someting out as I travel to south coast and have a friend in Christchurch.

No - a friend asked if I wanted to go over to Guernsey and bring back a Princess 61 (Very nice) via Cherbourg. We went over on the Condor express from Weymouth. Everything was very quiet. The Visitors marina at Guernsey was empty and at Cherbourg they has actually taken up one of the visitors pontoons
