Best Place To Buy A 15hp Engine

I am after a 15hp short shaft for the tender. Because of weight I think I am going to go for a Mercury/Mariner (the tohatsu is nearly 20% heavier).

Does anyone know of any deals on either of these anywhere? Would prefer a new 2006 model but I happy to consider one of last years at the right price.

Buy a 9.9 and some carb bits from the 15? Same mechanicals on most of 'em I think.
