Blakes in a spray on can .... Portsmouth Harbour all last season ... no fouling at all .... 5 coats .... sprayed prop too.

International Trilux. worked for me for the last 10 years... Also paint the prop in it...

Second Trilux but whatever you use it should not be copper based as the leg is Aluminium
