Besenzoni sensor problems

Hi all, I suspect sensor problems on my Fairline Targa 43-02. The gangway has stopped half away.
What to do with the sensors:
- Check cables?
- Clean?
- Replace sensors?
- Restart the system somehow?

guess you need to give some more info for someone to be able to help, like model and photo, can you hear the pump running when doing so, can you retract it, you use the remote or fixed controls, etc
could be anything simple from low oil level to a fuse to more complicated issues of corrosion and sensor (if any) failing.
