Beneteau First 210 deck organiser

A question for bene first 210 owners out there. Mine has a three sheeve deck organiser bolted to the deck on either side of the mast. They have worn out and need replacing. However they are bolted to the deck over the main ring frame so the nuts cannot be reached. Does anyone know if the nuts are captive so they can be safely unbolted. I'm rather loath to undo them only to find I can't do them up again.
A second question concerns the wood paneling over the quarter berth. Does anyone know how easy this is to remove as I need to reseat the toe rail
