Spanking new, Beneteau Oceanis 50, annual maintenance costs, operating 6 months in the med, and the remaining time in the Caribbean? Not taking into account fuel of course.
But, insurance, scrub downs, antifoul, etc etc. Prof skipper onboard, doing the ARC in between. please excuse ARC price too. A boat operating like this for 5 years would be a pretty high work load, so i understand that a maintenance schedule would need to be top notch.
Any ideas roughly?

10% of her value :D
Oooo skipper as well add £s

I think 10% is a good rule of thumb as there are so many factors it is difficult to be more precise. For instance you say the med, if you keep it in a marina in Majorca over 6 months of the summer you could easily spend £15,000 just on marina fees. You keep it tied to a quay on Greece it could be zero.

I'm expecting lots of thread drift now on why would buy a brand new "Beneteau Oceanis 50"?

However, I assume you are expecting to have this out on skippered charter.
Well after 5 years on skipper chartered the annual maintenance costs may be small when compared to the refurb costs.
i.e. You could spend £15k a year on berthing, insurance but after 5 years there will be a shed load of damage inc worn out items, faded, soiled fabrics, chipped, cut worktops, doors, bulkheads and other fittings, plus sails/engine knackered, worn out etc.
So if on skippered charter it will be this refurb cost that you won't see annually but at the end of five years that will be the killer.
