Beneteau 21:7 shroud fixing

Hi, I have a slight ingress of water through ( I believe) the port shroud fixing. Removing the head lining in this area under the deck, reveals a stainless steel plate , irregularly shaped, with 2 nuts holding down the shroud deck fitting
Before proceeding to remove the nuts and pull the shroud plate out onto the deck , any advice/ previous experience welcome. I intend to re bed on the shrouds on Sika flex 291 or similar

Check closely the threads that pass through the decks. If water has been getting in those threads are very susceptible to crevice corrosion.
