Beneteau 10.80 - Volvo KAD 44's EDC

I have a pair of KAD 44's and I have steam out of both engine exhausts under load (definitely not smoke/haze or dirty stern).

I am hearing this is a characteristic of Beneteau's fitted with these engines.

Any owners out there for comment?

If the exhaust elbows have never been off its worth checking them . This is what I found on our old sealine KAMD44s

40% effectively blocked after 12 years / 480 hours so reducing raw water flow but no overheat .

Both off and cleaned / clear. ryde limed all coolers / HX etc. Pumps serviced recently, hoses ok. Temps ok. Steam still there.

Hear the 44's raw water pump runs half crank speed and so water flow while adequate may produce steam at the waterline exhaust. Heard 10.80's are known for this.

Just trying to ascertain if other 44's owners maybe have same scenario?
