Belt idler gears

I intend to install a separate crankshaft pulley (over the top of the existing one) to drive a dedicated alternator belt. I will then need to build an idler pulley/belt adjustment arrangement between the (old) crankshaft pulley and the engine freshwater pump. Anyone know a supplier in the UK who can provide suitable belt pulleys with a sealed bearing to support the latter function?

why not leave old alternator in the system eithe use it or take it out the electrical system
check front end of engine is ok to take power out of some engines can have a limited amount of power taken at front as it depends on the front crankshant support and seals
