Sorry about that - well not really. The forecast for this W/E shows light winds with a touch of north in them. I would love to sail from Torbay over to Beer (Yeessss) on Sat., anchor overnight off Beer,and pop back the following day.
I have seen no such posts refering to a trip like this and wonder if anyone has done it - and is there anything special to watch out for?

Grateful for any advice. The fish & chips following the trip by road were fine, and Jimmy Green was expensive (no offence meant JG)!

The forecast is, as you suggest, encouraging. The end-point - Beer - is a laudable objective. What's more, the club there is one of the best! You'll be welcome there.....

All things being equal I might go for it, but I do need to be back in Salisbury for Sun night.
