I've spoken to the guys in the office at Mercury but since Monday I've been trying to get confirmation from the Gaff Rigger to see if they can accommodate us for an evening meal. I understand it's strange and often difficult times for hospitality but if we're going to move forward. I only started a B&N thread a week ago (and a bit) and I expected it would take a few turns ?. But with this we should get something in the diary soon.
Any suggestions? Do we find a new venue? Personally, I like the idea of Mercury as a base but is it too far out of town for the evening meal?
