I would have thought the finding of human body parts would have merited more than a passing mention! Then again I am getting long in the tooth!!

This old cynic says the RNLI can't shout about a live saved in this case.
 
Can a pathologist identify the deceased using the palate and dental records? Or is a bit more required?
Certainly a problem the authorities could get their teeth into...

Pallet -as in what they actually found floating in the sea.

(or a palette - as lost by local artist)

When I served with a Transport Regiment one of their tasks was moving palletised loads. I recall a letter to all officers from the Adjutant referring to "an unpalletable decision"
