I found this by chance. I don't know what wood was used for the hull, looks a bit like spruce or larch but the design is really nice.

Certainly an achievement. I did notice no electronics or even a compass. The one thing I think they did wrong was to use carpet in the loo compartment.

Looks great - would be a great feeling to have the time, space and skill to pull off such a nice home build!

Wow!

That was my reaction as well. I too noted the absence of instruments and compass and wondered if the yacht is used on a lake where navigation is entirely by landmarks.

A very skilled carpenter but some interesting choices...how do you get in the forepeak and carpet in the heads?
