That looks like a cheaty GRP one. You can build a slightly modified version with a centreboard designed by Joel White using exactly the same methods as the original. Plans from Woodenboat in the US and there is a neat little book describing the build which makes good bedtime reading. Several have been built in the UK, some strip planked rather than the original close seam carvel construction.
