beat West Marine US prices in Turkey

Just happened to be on a business trip in Istanbul, Turkey and visited the Istanbul Boat Show today. For those who are not aware, West Marine has a franchise operation in Turkey and they had a stand at the show. To my big surprise, West Marine Turkey has prices which are 20 to 50% lower than our homegrown West Marine and they ship the product out of US to Turkey !!! How do you like Qt size Star Brite BioD Bilge Cleaner at $ 7.95 ? (vs. $ 13.99 at home) or how about a Shakespeare 2025 TV antenna for $ 102? ($ 199.99 at home). I will feed in more prices later on but how come they sell so cheap escapes me!! Too bad they do not ship to US yet /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
