BBC Dragons Den - another useless anchor design

"It's about much use as an inflatable anchor"

Surely they must have some benefits?

There is (or was a couple of years back) on sale an anchor (NZ?) with a float that served to ensure the anchor stayed the correct way up to direct the fluke into the seabed. Perhaps there could/should be an inflatable float version as an easily stowable kedge.

The answer to the CQR problem? :)

As someone who cuts logs, I did like the look of their invention, but what a ****!

They all put on ear defenders, then started up the electric chain saw...!;)

Used to be great show, so exactly how many hairdressers and yoga teachers and sauce makers can we hack....

It was a Hydrobubble, which did surprisingly well in the 2006 YM tests. http://www.azuremarine.com/e1en/groups/historical/hydrobubble.asp They went out of production in 2008 but possibly started again?
