Does anyone have any experience of the Boat Building Academy at Lyme Regis? I was looking to do a 5 day boat restoration course in January, but the price has gone from £385 this year to £495 next year. Does this cost seem excessive for what will be learnt (basics of splining, steaming fastening etc.)? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
