Bayonet LED's......bit stuck

I'm trying to find ba15d fitment led bulbs.

The current ones are golf ball shape which is perfect but draw 2 amp each. I can find plenty of 240v but struggling to find 12v.

I bought the car type but they didn't work. No idea why. I'm after warm white. Any ideas?

Check polarity.

Check polarity.

I did that still no good.

Thanks Jimmy. I was hoping to find something similar to the golf balls. It illuminates around the mirror in the head so leds like that might not look quite right. Should have mentioned that first off.....sorry.

Bingo! Thanks Adey. The spec says 135lumen at 1.6watt with a smoke bulb housing. I have 4 around the mirror and is the only lighting in the head. Is that bright enough?

No idea. Says equivalent to a 15W bulb. For £7 each they're cheap enough to find out?
I like the bedazzled stuff because they're internally fused and voltage stabilized.
