Bavaria Sport 34??? (Or 39) Great boats?

Good day!

Currently I own a Chris-Craft 210 Bowrider which I keep in Ibiza and walking around Marina Botafoch admiring the other boats I saw a Bavaria Sport 28 which I thought was a fantastic looking boat with those high sides and sleek lines, this prompted me to look into the Bavaria brand a bit more which I didn't know much about before as I have been too focused on a Fairline Targa 34-43 being my next step! 34 for price but 43 for shafts!

Now I've fallen in love with the Bavaria Sport 34 with its Volvo Penta D6 engines and large sunbathing platform it looks like a contender for my next boat and very good value for money compared to a targa, any targa!

Has anyone got any thoughts on the Bavaria Sport 34-39 range they would like to share with an enthusiastic yachtsman?

As boats they are fine. Started off very well made, went through a period of cost cutting but now seem to be getting the quality back in the production line.

Still too many exposed screws for my liking but they are solid enough. Styling is personal, so for every one you find who loves them you'll find one who hates them. Its just a case of who answers first. Mechanicals are all VP so that doesn't really matter what boat you buy. If you like the styling and the feel inside then Bavaria build a boat definitely worth looking at.

I think they have a chunky solid look to them. I have looked at them in the past and like them. They have a huge amount of space for their size and they are good value. Like all boats if they are looked after they will last well. I think its a good choice
