Bavaria at Northney an early one?

About a month ago maybe 6 weeks, a brand new bavaria 39 ish arrived at Northney and was parked up ready for commissioning.

I thought it strange at the time in that they normally go down to sparkes for their first dunk and rev.

This was before the Peters bang.

Just wondered if it was delivered early for the new clipper operation? Oops.

Not been to the SBS but are Clipper Marine there showing Bavarias? Any comments on how they are doing?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that they closed their Sparks operation and moved commissioning somewhere else (could have been Northney but I cannot rem) a month or two before their demise.

At SIBS this Saturday I asked on the Bavaria stand what they were doing about guaranteeing deposits and were told that Clipper were a new financially sound company!! no change there in their attitude.

Can't comment otherwise on how they are doing!

If it's a new company, it's too early for it to have any sort of credit rating or record. So how do you judge whether to trust it? You don't trust it, is my view. Don't give it any money, without cast-iron guarantees.
