Can anyone identify the huge Battleship Grey mobo that arrived at Gunwharf Quay around 10am Saturday and was still there today?

Flying defaced red ensign.

Think it may be copied it from a website .... or created of course...

You can find them out there .... all I have to do is ask my daughter...

Need a pic but likely Mayan Queen (project Safari) becuase it's doing seatrials afaik in N Europe. It's a Blohm&Voss belonging to a mexican gentleman. Or it could be something else - there are loads of grey superyachts!

Don't think so. It had a single word name - can't remember it ( doh ) and was registered in somewhere like Cayman - hence the defaced red. Could name have been Sanx??

I think I read Lursson on the side. Could that be right? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Ah, ok. We needed some clues. Sounds like Skat. It's a 4yr old Lurssen, belongs to Charles Simonyi who was an early Microsoft guy responsible for writing Excel. Skat means in some parlances "[--word removed--]" but in this context it is Danish and swedish for "tax". He wanted it to look like a battleship and wanted a big black number on the side but insurers wouldn't allow in case got shot at. It has a funky bright contemporary interior, not battleship at all
