Presently sailing on the west coast of Scotland and need to replace my domestic batteries, looking for supplier that can give some expert advice on, lead acid, gel or AGM options. Any recomendations please?

They advertise in Yachting Life every month, had a big write-up a couple of months back, and could definately give expert advice.

Yes DB Wilson.
Tool hire company I used to work for used them a lot, like previous forumites have said, they know their stuff and I have bought from them twice.
While on the subject, Halfords are selling Calcium batteries, what are they? as I hadent heard of them before yesterday.
