I have a bank of three standard lead acid batts for the domestic side. One has packed up the other two seem to be fine.
Problem is I have no idea of the capacity as they are completely unmarked. I would imagine they are about 150 +amp hours due to their size - about 480mm x 220mm.
My question is if I buy a "leisure" battery of about 110 - 130 amp hours will it operate ok within the bank , all types will be non sealed?

its best to change all 3 @ the same time to be safe, no point in changing another in 3 months time.

You may well get away with it, or you may shorten the life of the new one if the old ones are not so good and the new one does most of the work.
Problem is you won't know!

I'd base the decision on how old the batteries are. If they are, say, less than 3 or 4 years old, I'd just replace one. If they're older, it would probably be better to replace them all.

A battery of a slightly different capacity will work fine within a bank of similar wet non-sealed batteries.

They are only 2-3 years old and worked well for half the season last year ( after the third one failed). I think I`ll try the one for now and see how they all hang up together.
