Batt Chargers

Does anyone out there have any knowledge or a Technical Spec for a 12volt bulhead mounted Cavalier Electronic Battery Charger?

It is 9"x4"x2.52" approx' with 4 output connections on the left hand side and mains
input on the right. On the left hand front face is 1 diode light labelled "RUN" followed by 5 diodes with the last light being red and marked 100%.

If any one has any information it would be most appreciated as nothing seems to be working at present when connected to the mains supply?

Sure this is a charger and not one of those gadgets one connects between mains and a 12 volt item like a fridge. What happens is when you plug in to 240 V. the gadget shuts down your battery supply and delivers the 12 volts itself.
Just suggestion/guess
