Barter and Huggett

Can anyone tell me if this company is still around? I have a sprayhood made by them and although the frame is still perfect it could do with recovering. I hoped they may have a pattern although I've no idea how old the thing is.

Any sprayhood maker should be able to make up a new canvas to fit your existing frame.

Yes - I just thought it might be easier if I could give the manufacturer the make/model of boat it was fitted to then they might know what to supply without me having to measure anything.

It's not laziness honest - more a lack of ability with a tape measure!!

I guess an alternative is to take the cover to a local sailmaker

They go under the name B and H. If you go to directory on this site, click on deck software, then sprayhoods scroll down to B&H you will find their details .

Believe they are no longer operating, Mr Barter ( may not be the same ) now works for Lucas sails doing sprayhoods for them.

If thats the case then the oprerators of this website better remove them fom their
directory listings. Not much point in having out of date info.for its users.
