I like the look of stainless steel headsail reefing gear. These guys make one

Any first-hand experiences? Does anyone else make a shiny SS one?
I am also interested in the continuous line system. Bartels do this, as does Facnor and Sailspar. But I am curious, if you are alone in the cockpit using one of these continuous line systems, don't you need 3 hands: one for the furling line 'in' , one for the drum line 'out' and one for the sheet?
Basically I want something that is discreet and in keeping with the boat
Thank you
Graham
