Dear All,

I am trying to find some good quality gun metal bar cleats, the ones I am after are through deck but without the base plate, the hight of the cleat about 3.5" above deck once fitted. I have looked through Davey's catalogue with no joy, anyone got an idea where I might find four of these.

Regards

Ross

Sorry, I thought this referred to those invisible lines made up to the bar cleats that keep us in the bar far longer than we should stay. They are closely related to other invisible chandlery like 'beer goggles', the 'beer compass' (which always knows the course home) and the 'beer coat' (that is invisible, but keeps the wearer inexplicably warm).

Have you tried Classic Marine at Woodbridge? see:- http://www.classicmarine.co.uk

I'd rather be sailing... :-) /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

My friend clearly needs his "Beer Compass" properly swinging - presumably the incorrect reading it was giving was due to the cans he was carrying when he got lost in his own home town.
