For those that know Royal Clarence then Berkeley Homes have been advertising (since 2004) that the frontage will be a rival to Gunwarf, will (possibly) have a cinema, restaurants, outlet shops, etc, etc - well, in 6 years none of this has come to fruition and it is a desert - until now!!!
There is a bar, come bistro, come restaurant, being refurbished from what was the old Berkeley Homes sales office (the Bakery) on the marina frontage.
Current forecast opening is mid-June; I will update with other information as it becomes available; I would expect the opening night to be enjoyable and if you end up having too much to drink I might (MIGHT!!!!) offer a berth for the night
