Banned ?

There's a rumour going around that Dave is banned from wearing his shirts when on his flybridge and at sea. The reason being on too many occasions Ramsgate Lifeboat has been launched because people have reported a flare or fire in his vicinity.

When I change my little piccie all my previous posts seem to keep the piccie that was current when they were posted. Dave now seems to have changed his shirt - so to speak- and all his earlier posts now show the new shirt....the old gaudy yellow thingy is gone...wot IS going on...does he have friends in high places...?(Kim??)

I will have you know that I am officially a fine upstanding member of the community now that I have got a warrant to fly an undefaced blue dishcloth. Which is a nice change as the only warrant I have ever been issued with before was for my arrest.!

The Hon Sec asked me if I had a Police record, when I replied 'Walking on the Moon from 1985' his face seemed to take on a strange faraway look.

Though sadly it means that I will have to stay sober at least until sundown so I remember to put the darn thing away.
