He's probably sent himself a totally obnoxious private message because he's bored, then forgot he sent it, and when he opened it didn't have his glasses on so didn't realise it was from himself.
He then sent a vitriolic letter of complaint to IPC Towers which was received by Richard who was himself having a bad day ..........

Perhaps someone else would like to take it from here......?
