Good God!
The reasonables have it - but only just.
So..therefore, we reasonables should be less reasonable and banish anyone who wants to ban anything. Perhaps we should disrate them and make them mess before the mast having first sent them to the highest extremity for 2 watches.
I think Jack Aubrey would agree with that.

Why would you wish to make anyone crap before the mast? This type of Captain Blighish behaviour does you and your boat no favours at all. I am deeply disappointed. You should know that it is highly dangerous and creates a noxious working environment. Much better to perform in the anchor locker where no one will see you.
