Baltic weather coming....
Wednesday into Thursday in Scotland, there are fairly strong indications of snow coming as a little low pressure system to the north gets squeezed by the Atlantic high..
This is a month from so-called mid summer
I've got about 4 -5 days sailing from tomorrow, but I don't think there is any point in worrying sunscreen or shorts. Full foulies I reckon, with plenty underneath. It is beginning to look like another non-summer, with very occasional good days, and indifferent cool rubbish in between. I'm not that ancient but have strong recollections of the latter part of May being pretty settled and even warm on the west coast. Not for a few years now, just getting colder/wetter in general?
Anybody else out this week?
Graeme
