Baia have launched there new flagship the One Hundred a couple of weeks ago, and apparently this medium sized builder is doing well, declaring better sales for 2008 of 24 mill
so some builders apparently are still improving there game in this crisis
I think the sucess of Baia is well deserved as there product has always been original and not following the competition
