My yachtie contacts have told me that the Meson Dulcinea Steak Restaurant in Alcudia is permanently closed.
A quick Google search seems to confirm their findings.
Thats a real shame - it was amongst the best steak restaurants that I've been to.

Here's how to cook a perfect steak at home: professional method my son learnt on cook course.

Only use butter to fry steak: not oil, not lard, not fat.

Heat butter until it just starts to smoke.
Fry one side of steak until it's crispy: do not be tempted to flip over to cook evenly on both sides.
When first aside is overcooked to dark brown /crispy flip steak and cook to rare/medium/well cooked.

TL.dr: burn steak one side, undercook the other side.

Apologies, didn't realise the owner is deceased.

Nice one; as one who likes his steaks cremated on the outside with the heart still beating inside, this sounds like a great solution.
